Day 50

Well I actually got a nice chunk of sleep last night, like 8-9 hours. Although I woke up at
5:27am all disoriented and confused. Not sure why, I had gone to sleep around 2am, and its not
like I had anything to do until way later in the day and I don't take naps until around 6-7pm.
Of course I tripped out earlier on my last break, saw the time and for some reason I just
totally flipped! I was like I'm 10 minutes late from break, I am in so much trouble, there is
no way I took 20 some minutes to make something to eat! It wasn't until I got back to office
that it click I still actually had 5 minutes of break and all was well.

It took me a while to get motivated, a few hours actually. I took my shower and then it was
like switch was hit again. I started gathering up my trash for tomorrow, picking stuff up,
making my bed...again! :) Don't know where it came from, I was actually thinking I was going to
have to gather my trash up during breaks because I just wasn't in the mood to do anything.
Maybe it was because I decided to actually hit the gym today. :) Did 20 minutes elliptical to
1.43 and 3 circuits at level 3. Was kind of thinking of doing the treadmill too but I just
didn't feel like it and I could feel the heat as I walked by. Then I ran and got my medicine
and grabbed bad food (taco john's). :) Came home and now working. :(
