Day 47

Well I wasn't doing to overly bad today til I got home and pushed it.

All of a sudden I can't remember much but here I go, decided to only do an hour today since I planned on mowing. So I did 20 min elliptical to 1.53 with 15 min hands, 3 circuits level 3, 20 min treadmill to .65 will all but like a few min at 20 mph. :) Of course that is what started boiling my brain....and I suppose body. :) Their fans in there suck right now! The one with elliptical/bike is a puny one, actually its back from being used in another room but I never realized how bad it was. The one in the treadmill was gone so I tried to go without but after 5 min I gave up and went and asked Kahleah if I could borrow one from another room and it wasn't as great as one that used to be in there. At least there was some air flowing though.

So I then go sit with Marli for an hour while she helped keep eye on Chandler's class during a field trip. Then we went to Walmart and walked a bit, afterwards went and picked up Chandler from school. I was gonna go paint at Miki's but unfortunately (hehe) it wasn't time yet, they gotta wait for their ceiling to dry all the way so they can tape it off so it'll be a couple of days before its ready. So I came home and even though I was still warm from my drive home, decided not to run a/c since there was some breeze, and moweeeeeed. It was only like 30-40 min but seeing as I didn't cover my head and it was like 90 degrees then it boiled me. I came in and decided to go ahead and walk Spirit since I had promised her I would but I got out there and only last a few minute before I started getting light headed. So I came back in and started sucking down water and play Literati with Dawn. It took a good 30 min or more for the dizzy, light headed, nauseousness but I realized like at end of game it was gone.

I was hemming and hawing about trying to stay up or take a nap but game ended and I decided to go ahead and lay down for like only an hour. Didn't want to nap for too long since I am going to meet Miki at the animal hospital to sit with little ones while she takes in Myst to be fixed and shot up. :)

It is finally cooling down....well not much, its almost 11pm and its still 74 degrees out. At least its supposed to stay cool next few days! :)
