May gymming and stuff (before 5/18)

days 44 & 45Oye I almost forgot to do this again! I forgot last night cause I was so tired & then watchedthe new Underworld!! :) By the time I remembered I was just too drained. :)tues 5/12 - Did 33 min elliptical to 2.05 with last 8 min with hands, 4 circuits level 3, 33min treadmill to .95. I am almost to my goal of 1 mile!!!! :) I am doing the 3 step thingy tooin the circuit, have for couple times now, not too hard unless I'm hurting. :) I'm not gettingas far on the elliptical as before because I am trying to build up on time and it seems if Idon't push myself til the end my back doesn't hurt like before.Afterwards I sat with Marli while she worked out and while she ran into store, then went withto pick up Chandler. Afterwards we went to Godfather's and afterwards we walked over to thislearning/exploring place to look at something of Chandler's that he made on the computer andthen off to soccer field. I then did alot of walking there, of course to most its not alot butwith the workout before and whatnot it tired me out. :) So we walked over to a littleplayground there then walked over to his field to watch the game, I didn't stand up too much,but apparently it was enough with the cold to make my foot start to cramp up at the end of thegame after I walked back up the hill. Then off home I went and watched some tv and then mymovie!!! :) Like I said I was completely drained so I went to bed afterwards. :)wed 5/13 - Did 20 min treadmill to .62 with last 5 min at 20 mph, 2 circuits at level 3, 20 minelliptical to 1.46 with 10 min with hands (not together but 5 min here and there) and got it upto 40 mph. :) I only did an hour today because my back was twinging a little from yesterday andmet up with Miki to sit with Marli while she picked up Chandler since it was so windy out!! :)Then I ran to the store and went and got water and came home. I was going to mow the last bitbut it was so windy and chilly out I just decided to wait again. So I started dishwasher anddid the internet thing and watched my anime', trying to get it all watched since I'll hopefullybe switching over to new company since I have to get landline since phone connection sucks somuch! I could of a couple of hours later but just was drained by then. So I stayed up longenough I was able to play a game of Literati with Dawn then crashed for few hours, got up anddid 2 loads of laundry while folding all my old ones, and watched more anime'! :) Almost donewith those, I've gotta stop letting them pile up like this. :)day 43 :)Well today I once again was busy busy, but not busy x 3. :) I'll get the stats out of the way.:) I decided to only do an hour today so I did 20 min elliptical to 1.54, 3 circuits at level3, 20 min treadmill to .57 (got up to 2.0 today).Had to call attorney people today and call to get landline. Took a bit of time for thelandline, decided to get cable/internet/phone through them and turns out its like $50-70cheaper then what I have now. During one wait for call back from them I took shower and rounded up my garbage. After they called me again to say they'll have to call me later in day since their system was still really slow (not sure if that's a good thing) off to the gym I went.Then I stopped by Walgreens for rx, went to Hastings to check some books mom wants that have long wait times on my book clubs (its actually cheaper through amazon), then off to postoffice. I was just pulling into home when they called again to say their site was down tiltomorrow and as I was talking to them I looked at my list for the day and noticed I forgot toget movies. Now normally if I'm already home I would just forget about it but since this is thelast free movie monday til next month I went and got some real quick. Then back home I came and did a quick 20 min mow and came in and made something to eat real quick and started work. I did Bob again on my lunch, tried another section of it, and yes it worked me good! Had me breathing hard from the start. It was good though, I did almost 25 min I think. :) Hmmmm maybe I'll be able to do full video since its day off tomorrow and next. :)It bites my behind that I haven't been able to mow everything at once, I actually have theenergy to do it all at once but haven't had time. And tonight I noticed my reaction to the sunand cut grass has hit. Not very much but since I gotta do it again tomorrow it'll probably comeharder. At least I only have a little bit left. :)fri/sat/sunDang it I gotta get back on the ball with this but when I don't actually go to gym its hard forme. :)fri 5/8 - Didn't go to gym but I was up and out of bed around 10am'ish and in shower around11am'ish and then go go go. :) Got out of shower and started cleaning 1 bathroom then theother, then picked up bedroom, then put dishes away and picked up kitchen a little, startedpicking up living room but Miki made it here before I got to far. Then she helped pick up restof stuff off the floor and we started moving stuff around and got a/c out and in window. We gotdone around 2pm'ish, so I got like 2-3 hours of good workout'ish. :) Then I went with her whileshe did errands and came home and watched tv til time for my fri night nap before work. Didn'tdo any other workout like I should have but kinda glad I didn't cause like 2 hours into work Igot up to get something and holy toledo!!!! Talk about pain! The inside of my thighs were justkilling! We didn't move much so all I can figure is the bike I did for 32 min day before causeI wasn't used to doing it and it really works my thighs and calves, that plus the workout videothat night really worked my legs. I did move some stuff by putting my knee to it and shovingthat way so I guess it was combination of all those things. My back only twinged a bit, not toomuch pain. :)sat 5/9 - Can you say ouch!! I didn't even try to go to gym today cause when I woke up I was insuch pain still, I had thought after some sleep it would get better but oh ho no! I was kindabummed cause I had planned on going to Chandlers game but when I got up from work this am thepain was so much worse I couldn't believe it! There was no way I would of been able to walk upand down that hill! So I went to bed. :( I didn't really do anything I think today, when I gotback up though from my sat nap I washed my hair, walked over to check my mailbox, made thistuna dish thingy, made muffins for mothers day and made it to work on time. :) All night Iswear the pain would keep getting a little bit worse, I think sitting for so long made itworse.sun 5/10 - Woke up way earlier then I was wanting to but as I was going to bathroom I heard amower going and that got me going. So I did a quick 30 min mowing before going out to mom's to wish Happy Mother's Day! It took me awhile to get that dang thing started....probably would ofbeen easier if I had put gas in it first but I had opened the gas can lid and it looked likethere was some in there so I didn't put any in. Finally after a couple of minutes got itstarted and made 1 lap before it died on me, decided to check the gas again before putting outan alert, and.....yep you guessed it, out of gas. It was still shiney in there but I could seewhat looked like corner/bottom more so I filled her up. I actually did it myself this time!!Last year I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to flippin do the spout thingy to pourthe gas in. My brain was working though and not only did I figure out how to get the spout onright I figured out how to put it away right too!! :) I'm so proud of myself. :) I'm doing moreon my own every year. :) So I finished up my quick 1/2 hour of mowing and headed out. I didBob's video on my lunch and it kicked my bootie again but in good way. I fast forwarded to partI hadn't done yet, really want to be able to do full workout, I just don't know if I'll be ableto or not cause I can't do it on days I go to gym, and only can get in like 25 min of stuffduring my lunch. Who knows, its time for my monthly so we'll see how I handle things.I am soooo happy!!!!! I watched end of Amazing Race tonight and the 2 I really wanted to win,won for once! Usually its people I don't really like, I do wish the 2 *itches hadn't gotten insecond place but third but what can you do? At least they helped last race with last piece ofpuzzle so they could at least finish good.day 42Well today I was busy busy busy & kicked butt!!! :) Let's get the exercise stats out of the way1st shall we? I did 32 min bike going to 5.68 w/ending speed of 14 mph, 4 circuits level 3, 32min treadmill going to .90 w/ending speed of 1.9 mph. But dang do the inside of my thighs hurt,especially driving, but its a good hurt. :)So I get up this morning and realize I had no clean undies for exercising so I really quickthrow one load in washer, then while pair of pants, undies, socks are drying I jump in showerand wash my hair. When I get out I make some jello and some tea and put load in dryer then load in washer. Then I started my dishes (just put them in sink w/soap & water) then ate my cereal and off to gym I went. Then after gym I went to store real quick then came home and switched loads of laundry and did 1/2 of dishes then took kitty out for quick walk and then here I am at work. :)So I did new video tonight, one from Bob w/Biggest Loser. Man it kicked my butt but I loved it!:) I am kinda looking forward to do full 30 min though, I could tell I have built up quit abit! It was still difficult on these ones but others I could feel my muscles kicking in, no wayI coulda done any of that a month ago! :) I am wondering if I woulda been able to do as muchthese last 2 days if I hadn't gotten like 10 hrs sleep last 2 days in a row. :)day 41I kicked butt today!! But am feeling it now. :) I did 31 min elliptical to 2.35, 4 circuits atlevel 3, 31 min treadmill to .84. I'm getting there. :) My back just started twinging at end ofelliptical and some at treadmill but not much. Think I'll try doing the bike instead ofelliptical as a variety. One of the trainer trips from Biggest Loser is not to work out samemuscles everyday and it'll give my back a rest too. My knee was just killing me tho walkingdown those dang stairs afterwards. It was twinging about here and there afterwards but its nottoo overly bad. Another reason I might try the bike instead. I keep being told I am aninspiration by people at gym and it kinda freaks me out, I have enough trouble going for me letalone others. :) Although I did use it to help push me a little bit the other day. All I cankeep thinking is maybe trainer is measuring wrong and I haven't lost that many itches. Itdoesn't help I'm not loosing weight anymore. Of course my monthly is right around the corner so that doesn't really help. Plus I think when I don't do my nightly it back tracks a bit. It tookme forever to lose the 23 pounds and I just am worried I won't lose more since I do so much andam not loosing anything. Oy! Never write when tired and have a headache. :)Afterwards I sat with Marli while Miki did errand and then I went out to her house to watch The Mentalist. Just didn't feel like being alone, although Spirit is home it just isn't the same.:) Then I got water and came home and watched tv, woohoo what fun. :)Yesterday during Chandler's soccer game everyone kept saying how we all hoped it wouldn't start raining cause the clouds looked so bad. We just got up to our cars and put mom's chairs in her car when it just starts pouring. :) Talk about timing. :)Myst is doing great out at Miki's!!! I am so happy! She is all calm and relaxed and happy andshe is filling out very nicely. Everyone in family just loves her and she loves them! :) I'mglad I gave her back to Miki! I miss her like crazy still but Spirt and her just weren'tgetting along and it was upsetting to all 3 of us. :)day 40Decided I am going to keep track of days (in title) for each goal. So when this goal is metI'll start with like 1a or something. :)I did really good today! I did 30 min elliptical to 2.07, 3 circuits level 3, 30 min treadmillto .77. I finally got my walking back up to 1.7 mph so i am getting almost all back to what Iwas. My back didn't hurt after the elliptical today either, don't know if it was the way I wasdoing it but by the time I realized it I was almost done and hadn't been paying attention so Idon't remember how I was doing it.Then I went to the bank and then paid rent. Then went out to Miki's cause I was going to helpher pick up her house but all I did was play with Myst and Marli. :) Then I came in and satwith Marli while Miki got Chandler and then I dropped off our movies and came home. Was justgoing to rest til time to leave for Chandler's soccer game but I had promised Spirit a walk soI took her out and then left for game. I was able to stay up for whole time of soccer game andthe walk back up the hill wasn't bad either. I think it helped I ate kinda good today and dranklots of water. :)I had my weigh and measure day and I officially lost 20 pounds, the below are just from thismonth. Total for both months is 23 pounds and 18 inches.neck -.5chest -2.25waist -2.50hip -.75thigh -.75calf -3.0upperarm -1.0forearm -1.0body fat -2.1bmi -3.5total inch -11.75Now I gotta come up with some more goals, besides loosing weight that is. My mind is fried andcan't think of anything, other then adding more time on my before and after and anothercircuit. Hmmmmm.....what to do? :)Dang it I was all like I got to my goal, but I haven't cause I haven't done a mile on thetreadmill at one time. Man!!!! Oh well I am getting closer. :)days 38 & 39fri 5/1 - Did good this day! 1st full day! :) Did 5 min treadmill to .11 (elliptical was busy),then 30 min elliptical to 1.87, then 3 circuits at level 3, then 30 min treadmill to .72. Thenwent to store with Miki and Marli then went and picked up Chandler and I went home afterwards.sat 5/2 - I was supposed to go get Spirit her annual rabbies shot but just didn't have it inme. Plus I didn't work out, instead of doing anything I went back to bed. But when I woke up Idid wash my hair then walk to the mailbox to check my mail and then took Spirit for a littlewalk. :)sun 5/3 - I made myself do a shimmy video during my lunch break...of course I enjoyed it. :)Did most of my dishes too....thought I was doing them all until I turned around and there weremore on the flippin stove!! I was like oh well tho and hope to do them tomorrow in next day orso tho. :)mon 5/4 - I did really well today! I did 30 min elliptical to 2.0, 3 circuits at level 3, 30min treadmill to .75. Then I went with Miki while she went to grocery store and court house andback home I came to work. :) My knee is still hurting from like week and half ago when I wokeup with it hurting. Today is the 1st day it actually hurt while working out. I noticed last itsactually swollen little more then other one. Maybe I need to start stretching before workouts.I did shimmy on my lunch break and it went good too. Figured out how to do this one move better and kinda got another one figured out. :)
